- To provide, invoice and improve our bookkeeping and consulting services

Sharing
We share information only with your consent, with funders or government agencies when required to deliver the service you asked for, with service providers who help us run our business (for example, accounting software, secure file storage, email and website hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Chat and messaging
If you contact us through WhatsApp or live chat, those services process your messages under their own privacy policies. Please avoid sending sensitive financial details through chat.
Storage and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Some service providers may store data outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws. We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and professional record-keeping requirements.
